Fall In Love Over and Over Again With Atlanta Ballet Love Stories - Review

Atlanta Ballet Love Stories opening night at the Cobb Energy Performance Art Center was an evening of passion-filled dance, breathtaking techniques, incredible music and fiery, exotic and sexy characters. Audience was swept off their feet with this sumptuous program that explores the theme of love through classic and innovative choreography.

Love Stories features a selection of passion-filled dance works that highlight the athleticism and energy of Atlanta Ballet's dancers.

The evening includes the White Swan Pas de Deux from Matthew Bourne's avant-garde interpretation of Swan Lake, the Wedding Night Pas de Deux from Puccini's Madame Butterfly, Prayer of Touch by Atlanta Ballet's new resident choreographer Helen Pickett and Requiem for a Rose, a passionate piece from Netherlands-based choreographer Annabelle Lopez Ochoa that blends contemporary staging with classical dance.  Atlanta Ballet Love Stories will please everyone, very strong non-verbal dancing and lots of drama! Highly recommended
