We are what we think. All that we are, arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts we  make our world. There is no other more powerful directing force in human behavior than belief . A belief, delivers a direct command to your nervous system. Beliefs have the power to create and to destroy. So, i f you want to achieve happiness in your life, b elieve in yourself. Stop thinking and believing that you are a product of your past and start acting and behaving like the person you want to be. Remember your brain doesn’t know the difference. Even if you don't fully believe, act as if you do. Actions speak louder than words. They speak louder than thoughts, too.
