Camp Sunshine Duncan Dobie Selected as a Finalist For Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award

Camp Sunshine has been given the opportunity to win $100,000 to continue their programs for kids with cancer and their families here in Georgia. One of our volunteers, Duncan Dobie, has been selected as one of four finalists for The NASCAR Foundation Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award!

The Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award honors the unwavering commitment that The NASCAR Foundation Chairwoman Betty Jane France has demonstrated with her philanthropic and community efforts. For the third-consecutive year, the award is given annually to one dedicated NASCAR fan who has made a profound impact on children in his or her local community.

Each finalist will receive a minimum $25,000 donation for the charity of their choice, with the national winner being awarded $100,000, $175,000 in total donations from The NASCAR Foundation. The winner will also receive a 2014 Chevrolet SS from Chevrolet—the official car sponsor of this year’s BJFHA.

Voting ends on Thursday, December 5th at midnight EST, with the winner being announced on Friday, December 6th live on-stage during the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards in Las Vegas.

Duncan must receive the most votes between now and December 5th to win. Please help us by sharing this info and by voting for Duncan at www.NASCAR.com/award ! Thank you so much!!!
