The Twelve Days Of Christmas Rising Cost Shows That We Don't Need "Things" To Be Happy

With the recent government shutdown many families are spending less during the holidays. The recession has changed America's spending. Families are spending less and saving more. They have finally learned that they don't need "things" to be happy. If you are struggling on what to cut back this Christmas  ask yourself: what do I want? do I need this? or do I want this? If I don't get this now would I still be happy? If you are completely honest with yourself, you won't have any problem deciding what to buy, and what to leave at the store. Let go all the things that clutter your life and only buy what you really need. Having less create happiness! If you are cutting back this year, I would love to hear about it. There's nothing wrong about giving less this Christmas. If you really want to give more consider volunteering with your favorite non-profit organization. That my friend is the kind of gift that is simply...priceless!
