There are many benefits (and risks) of adolescent employment. The decision to allow your teen to have an after school job should be a well thought-out family decision based on how well they can manage responsibilities, time management and money.

Dynamic Kids Expo at the Gwinnett Convention Center is Atlanta’s largest family, entertainment & products/services event for kids that serves as a fundraiser for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. This family event was filled with top-notch entertainment, hands-on fun activities, door prizes, a dynamic fashion show and talent search. 

Visitors enjoyed playing games at the Rolling Video Games truck, jumping at inflatable bouncers, listening to storytellers, interacting with clowns, face painting, magic shows, costumed characters, and watching performances by talented children entertainers including Shaniah Jones from the video “Tutus and Tennis Shoes", Kayla Saslow, Kirstyn Burkhalter, Maya Shea Penn, and DJ Priest.

 
We had to pleasure to chat with Megan 'Mimi' Welch from 'Mimi's Murals'. Mimi is a talented mural artist & decorative painter in Atlanta that prides herself on becoming independent at a young age. Moreover, at age 30, she had her Aha! moment and decided to reinvent herself by starting her own business. Mimi's murals are fun and whimsical with a coat of happiness.
