BEST PLACE TO LAY DOWN YOUR TOWEL Park near the Tybee Beach Beach and Pavilion ( Tybrisa St, Tybee Island, GA 31328) use the bridge  in front of the Tybee Island Marine Center  turn right and walk towards the rock formation close to the sand dunes. This portion of the beach has a smoother sand, lots of shallow areas that are perfect for little kids to bathe safely, is less crowded, and because it's close to the sand dunes you will see a large variety of seaside birds.

Hot Chocolate 15/5K on January 26, 2014 at Turner Field to Benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities

Ronald McDonald House Charities, Inc. is partnering with Ram Racings HotChocolate 15/5k series in 201 4. Last year, the Atlanta Hot Chocolate race raised  $19,322  for Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities (ARMHC).  Each Hot Chocolate 15/5k race features both a 15k (9.3miles) and 5k (3.1miles) distance and all runners are encouraged to join the fun! Participants receive an award winning goodie bag, which they collect at the expo along with their race packet. The chocolate really begins to flow at the Post Race Party where runners enjoy music, a family friendly kid-zone (complete with bounce houses and games) and a finisher’s mugs filled with hot chocolate, chocolate fondue and tasty dippable treats!   The Atlanta race will be held on Sunday, January 26, 2014, at Turner Field.
